Restoration of Arabic Church Iconography

Through the grace of God, work has begun on cleaning and restoring the dome of the Arabic Church. Prolonged water damage had caused the plaster to crumble. The full dome is being cleaned from the inside and the original colours of the icon restored.

Iconographer Samy Rizkalla, has also begun painting a new icon of Christ in the dome above the Altar of St Mark. Please keep this project in your prayers!
