Restoration of Arabic Church Iconography - Update 2
Through the grace of God, restoration work on the main dome of the church and a new icon in the altar dome have been completed. Over the last 4 weeks Iconographer Samy Rizkalla has worked tirelessly to repair, clean and restore the main dome after 29 years since it's initial painting.
A new icon has also been painted in the dome above the altar of St Mark depicting Christ with Open Arms and the Holy Spirit descending as a dove.
We thank Samy for his service and pray that God blesses and rewards him!
