Through God’s grace, new roof access ladders were recently installed to replace the old ladders that have served our church for 30 years. The old ladders were not compliant with current safety standards and code and were showing signs of rust and deterioration.
The newly installed ladders are of aluminium material to deter any rust, with a safety hatch to ensure only authorised people use the ladder as well as safety platforms, rails and a 10 year warranty.
The new ladders will allow us to safely continue regular maintenance on the Air-conditioning Unit and Solar Panels as well as engage with professional companies to fix current leaks in the church which wasn’t possible before due to certain companies not willing to use the old ladders which were not within code.
